One of the biggest issues with polyurethane suspension bushings is the squeaking that occurs over time, and disassembly required for to properly grease them. These bushings that I have developed are 3d printed Thermoplastic Polyurethane with a fairly stiff 95A durometer rating. These printed bushings are 100% solid with no open interior infill areas besides the grease passages.
The bushings have internal grease passages meant for use with a compact grease gun with a needle or taper fit tip. I suggest an Astro APT-101 grease gun, its about $15, meant for bicycle chains, chainsaws, and has a compact size which is great for keeping in your vehicle.
Make sure to select the control arm that you have. I am adding additional aftermarket arms as I get the measurements of them.
